Hamster Home

Your hamster’s home should consist of a cage with a minimum of 360 ” of floor space. Make sure you invest in bedding, a water bottle, hamster sized bowls, hamster toys, and snacks on hand. One of the best investments in entertainment is to invest in a ball for your hamster. You and your family can spend hours on end watching your hamster go round and round.

Handling Your Hamster

Hamsters can be difficult to handle. They do not like quick movements, as they like to be held in a peaceful manner. Gently cup your hands around your hamster and then talk quietly. If you make quick, loud movements you can expect your hamster to move fast. They can move so fast, that you may find them jumping out of your hands.

Hamsters offers hours of enjoyment for the active family.

Make sure you always click the door shut on the cage. If you do not double check the cage door, your hamster will escape and you will have a hamster on the lose. On another note, make sure you rinse out your hamster cage on a regular basis. Empty the whole cage and a good habit to get into, is to place your hamster in a hamster ball while you are cleaning the hamster cage.

We love taking care of your pets, hamsters included while you are out and about. Hamsters are a fun animal to add to your family. Most importantly, make sure you take the time to make sure your hamster is safe. They are super fast and will run quickly should they escape your eye sight.
